History of Reflexology

Ancient Kemet (Egypt) shows evidence that reflexology was practiced and that traditional methods of holistic healing were applied. Documentation has noted that archaeologist’s unearthed Ancient Kemetic (Egyptian) tomb of Ankmahor at Saqqara. Ancestors of Ancient Kemet (Egypt) had archived series’ hieroglyphs that were in prefect condition and detailed foot treatment.

Can one decipher if reflexology is actually being practiced, determination has not been noted, but it is noted that a practice of foot treatment? This could be done on the hands, feet, face and ears of the body. The Reflexology points on the hands, feet, face and ears are linked to the meridian channels that are located on the body. These meridian channels are invisible energy passageways, which correspond to the body organs and glands. When stagnate energies are open, the healing process is assisted and can improve health.
